On April 15, 2026, CHERY successfully held its inaugural CHERY Super Hybrid (CSH) Battery Safety Challenge in Malaysia. Through open and transparent testing, the brand showcased to the global market the stability and safety of the CSH hybrid battery. The event was witnessed by government representatives and media professionals from multiple countries. The CSH hybrid battery, fitted to TIGGO 7 PHEV and TIGGO 8 PHEV, remained stable under high-temperature open flame conditions with no fire spread, electrical failure or abnormal deformation, passing the challenge with outstanding results.
